Sizing completely wrong

Sizing blows my mind. I have a couplenofbpairs of flex regular cargo pants size 34 and they fit too tight to be comfortable. I decided to buy 874 in size 36 and surprise they fit even smaller. Someone at Dickies needs to learn how to measure. Returning for refund

Sizing bad

I normally wear a 36 in all pants even the cintas which are comparable style wise bought 2 pair of these in 38 for winter and i couldnt even get the buttons within 5 inches of each other they were labeled 38 but they were about a 32 so i returned them
