Unusual fit especially for Diesel

I have a few pair of Diesel undies and these fit a little strange, they're more on the full side for this brand, the pouch hangs down slightly lower than the sides (my guess is to accentuate your junk). After I washed them they fit much better and I'm happy with them now though I probably won't buy any more pairs of this style.

Front pouch extremely tight

The front pouch is extremely tight even for an average man. It feels very uncomfortable to wear, there is totally no room in front. How can I stretch the front so I can wear it without discomfort?
