Shipped 2 weeks late

The sandal is fine but the problem is it took 2 WEEKS before you even shipped it not to mention another week to receive it. This is beyond unacceptable for a retailer of your size. Now I have to waste my time and energy to wait another several weeks to get a refund because it takes you almost another month to process those. Again, inexcusable
