Great pencil for my needs

Does it not come with a Cap ?

Im confused if it’s meant to be Open didn’t come with a cap for the Pencil. I would saune it being open would day it out faster . Weird for the Price Point and Thunder than I expected I guess I got used to the Chanel one I had to buy when they ran out of this one.

Best eyebrow pencil

I’ve tried others and this one is hands down the best . This is my second time purchasing it and now I can’t go without it . My eye brows are sparse due to years of plucking and this fills them in naturally and stays all day
