Peter Philips, Creative and Image Director for Dior Makeup, has created two new eyeshadow colorways for Diorshow 5 Couleurs, inspired by the colors of summer. The limited-edition palettes are engraved with the Dior Oblique pattern, taken from the designs of Dior couture.

    • Coral Flame features a coral pink heart, a sunny yellow and a harmony of coppery tones
    • Pastel Glow features a fresh mint heart, a pastel lavender and a harmony of satiny browns
    • SKIN TYPES:
    • For all skin types
    • HOW TO USE:
    • For a natural look:
    • Apply the medium shade on the center of the eyelid with the foam tip applicator to open up the eyes
    • Add definition by applying the darkest shade along the lash line
    • Highlight with the lightest shade beneath the brow arch and at the inner corner of the eye to widen the eyes
    • For a sophisticated look:
    • Apply the medium shade on the center of the eyelid with the foam tip applicator to open up the eyes, then apply the darker shade along the lash line for definition
    • Blend over the center of the eyelid and outward using the blending brush
    • Use the foam tip applicator to highlight with the lightest shade beneath the brow arch and at the inner corner of the eye to create even greater contrast and defined eyes

It's ok!

This is one of the better pallets but the formula is still lacking. Dior needs to step up their game with blush and eyeshadow. I honestly don't reach for anything I've bought over the last year!

Good color combination

I bought this quint in the spring and eventually liked it. It took me some time to figure out how to apply the product to achieve the color density I usually was getting from Dior eyeshadows. I had to use the included foam applicator rather than professional brushes to get a better coverage. Some shades were still hardly visible on my eyelids The formula is good but not the Dior’s best.

Lovely eyeshadow

I was hesitant due to the peach center but that color looks wonderful, soft and complimentary to any skin color. I tan (fake) face and all these colors blend well/look exceptional together and are so blendable. I love them! Great for summer and that natural glow of sun kissed goes well with numerous looks., Stays put in southern humidity also.
