Received damagedused box and product.

Ordered this cologne for a Valentine's Day gift and this is the way I received ( Pictures attached). This was not presentable for a gift. I can honestly say this was used as display or received used product. Coming from "Macy's" this is not an acceptable item. I would like a manager to view and receive a call if possible explaining this is a normal process if so.
