The Sauvage refill, not suitable for standalone use, is only compatible with the Sauvage Eau de Parfum 1.0-oz and 3.4-oz bottles labeled 'REFILLABLE' on the back. Broken and Damage item

The bottle was broken and all the cologne was spilled out in the box. How can I get a new bottle or a refund. My husband loves this cologne which was for his birthday. Please help me to give him another bottle. I sent a review with pictures a week ago.
