Straps too big pin broke off

Shoe is really cute and comfortable; however, straps are really big, I tried to use the smallest hole on the straps and the pin broke right off so I couldn’t even put the straps on tight to keep my foot in the shoe. Had to return.

Stylish shoes but...

I REALLY liked these shoes until the right shoe broke (the sole came unglued while I was walking). I rate it 5-stars for style, comfort & they're true to its size. They pair well with jeans, shorts, or summer dresses. But 2-stars for the quality--especially because I only bought them Oct. 2020 & disappointed that I didn't get much use out of them.
