Disappointment on Christmas Day

Please be advised that my grandson, his brother, mother, father, aunt and I are ALL disappointed as the most loved gift was received without any balls and the dinosaur's jaw was broken at the jaws. 8 balls to be included and not even one was received, plus additional damage. I looked online and it has since sold out. How are we going to solve this?
