Loved IT

I bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas who is 2 almost 3 and had it shipped direct to her. She absolutely LOVED IT! My only complaint is with the shipper who twice delayed it and it did NOT arrive in time for Christmas and was days late. I would however buy this again.

BAD GIFT

I purchased this for a gift. Arrived late. Arrived damaged. Arrived as if it had previously been purchased and returned. Came with a note from macys manager “let us know how we did” with contact information.

Item arrived opened and used

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The item arrived clearly opened and used. The box was already open, had holes, and showed obvious signs of prior use. I did not even need to remove the plastic to see that the product was not new. This is unacceptable, especially when an item is sold as new. I expected a sealed, unused product, and that is not what I received. I would not recommend this product or this seller. I’m returning this.

Difficult to assemble

Product spec says there is a fan and requires batteries. There is no fan or a spot for batteries. Also difficult to fold up yo put away. It’s cute once it’s up but not assembled in 40 seconds.

Stores in a compact bag

But not in use this little princess tent stores in a small round bag which can be very convenient when parents do not want to have the tent up. My package arrived opened, seal was broken, which was not what I was hoping for since this is a Christmas gift.

The set up was SIMPLE! My 4 year old LOVES it!

Thank you for a great deal on this castle tent. I am not good at putting things together but this one even I could do! It was simple - 4 stakes that go into it. It is of good quality and she is happy! I’m so happy I bought this for her.
