Used and difficult to operate!

I was dissatisfied by my purchase. The laptop is used, had many scratches and dirty dots! The product itself is overrated and overpriced. The screen is very SMALL! Be careful. It is so difficult to read the words by an adult not a child! Many keyboard buttons are misaligned. Needs a lot of improvement. I will NOT recommend it!
