NEVER RECEIVED IT

While I got the email the toy had arrived, I was unable to locate it anywhere. It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my cousin's son and now I have nothing to give him myself. This is incredibly disappointing, especially considering it was my first time ordering from this company. Terrible first impression.
