Disappointed in this product

Unfortunately, I bought this and didn’t utilize the item. Meaning it was a Christmas gift 2023 for my grandson. First of all, it didn’t arrive till after I had already sent the other toys (he lived in California) so since I got it late, I decided to send it for his birthday. Now the plan was since I was visiting in California December 2024 to bring it with me. His birthday was January 30, 2025 to my surprise when he opened his present on 1/30/25 “it did not work”. Now I saved this for a whole year with the presumption that it was no big deal he can open it up later. To my surprise “it didn’t work” oh how disappointed he was as well as myself. The moral to the story is never presume when you buy a toy no matter when it’s opened that it will actually work. I lost money because it’s passed the return merchandise window date. Now I’m disappointed and my grandson is hurt as well.

NOT DESIGNED WELL AT ATT

Very awkward to keep on the hand. Difficult to reach buttons. Lazer does not register,Simply very badly designed
