DISAPPOINTED WITH MACY'S

OURS DIDNOT COME WITH ALL THE BLUE PIECES SO WE COULD NOT FINNISH THE ENGINE. VERY DISAPPOINTED. HAVE CONTACTED THE COMPANY TWICE IN THE LAST MONTH AND EACH TIME THEY SAY 2 TO 3 DAYS AND THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME. IT IS A MONTH LATER AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM COMPANY. NEEDLES TO SAY MY AUTISTIC GRANDSON IS VERY UPSET SINCE IT WAS HIS BIRTHDAY MONEY THAT PAID FOR IT. IT WAS ALSO ON CLEARANCE AT MACY'S SO IT WAS NOT RETURNABLE SO HERE WITH SIT WITH NOTHING.A LOT OF MONEY WASTED IF THE COMPANY NEVER GETS BACK TO US.AND THAT IS ASHAME FOR MACY'S TO DO.
