Great Idea, Poor Construction

I ordered this December 27 and it's been two werks and I still have not received it. Also a tee shirt the same order. I received two additional items on that order and received it January 2 and the other January 9th. Why sell something if you don't have it on hand. May not order from Macy's in the future...
