    The set up is easy

    This is a beautiful addition to my daughter room but it was leaking water through the bottom. We only experienced it for 10 mins. Maybe I had a defective one. Had to return after waiting for it awhile.

    Item May Be Acceptable If It Ever Arrives!

    This lamp is the 3rd children’s Christmas item that has not arrived and after being sent notifications that the item/items were shipped and one item from this same order I was notified would be delivered yesterday 12/21/25, but it did not appear. The confusion created around the three items that I ordered, another of which I was notified was canceled and a refund would be issued, then two days later I received a notification that this canceled item was “delayed” and would arrive sometime near the end of this year. Talk about confusion. I am extremely disappointed with Macy’s shipping and notifications. I spent an hr online with a very nice customer support person who was absolutely no help in attempting to locate the two items that were supposed to be delivered before Christmas, one of which apparently has been “lost” in shipping. None of this inspires confidence in purchasing from Macy’s in the future.

    Damaged box

    When I got the package the box was damaged and when I opened the box the box of the product was damaged too. But luckily the product still works and is so cool. I would definitely recommend this led jellyfish lamp for little kids bedroom or living room. 💙

    Poor quality

    Bought for my nephew's Christmas. 1 jellyfish stopped swimming in the 1st month and then the rest started floating. cannot return.
