Worth every penny!

Never received refund

Order item for my grandson for a Xmas present. Received item early December, but decided to send back. I keep track of item on my Macy’s app. They received back the item but never did I receive the refund back. This was in December and I have dealt with Macy’s customer service 6 times. The last time they Promised to make sure they would call or email me back,Nothing happened! Now I have to go to their corporate office in New York. I just can’t let them steal from me!
