Disappointed

My grandson loves dinosaurs and finding fossils. In this kit the dinosaurs are very hard to put together. The peds on the legs are larger than the hole they need to go in. Would not buy again.

Impressive

I tried this with my 5yr old because she loves dinosaurs and digging, so I figured why not see what happens. Well I didn't read the really clear directions, and just gave it to her to see what she'd do. She kept at it for over 30 min and wasn't sure their was actually a dinosaur skeleton in it. Then I read the directions and saw water helped soften the dirt. Key to it, read the directions given! She loved it after the water helped make it easier.

Would buy again

Our nephew is obsessed with dinosaurs. When he came to visit, we pulled this out and he was so excited! He really enjoyed excavating and was able to assemble the puzzle with only a little help from us.

So fun!

Don’t have high expectations with this one. Especially if the kid is a little older. Cute concept of digging for dinosaur bones but it’s only 15 pieces and it’s done fairly quickly. Still a fun game to play

Love it

This Discovery Excavation kit is amazing. It comes as one large solid square. There is a hammer, pick and small paint brush. You get to search through the block for 15 pieces of the dinosaur skeleton then put the dinosaur together. It allows for hours of fun with learning at the same time.

So much fun!!!

This was really cool and my daughter LOVED it! After using the included tools to excavate the bones we pieces them together to make a standing dinosaur! It was so neat finding the different bones! It is messy though and the only reason it didn’t get 5 stars, make sure to do this outside or on some newspaper for easy clean up! Such a great way to learn and do something so fun at the same time!!!

Great toy and time consumer!

This is by far one of the best toys that we ever got for our youngest. He spent hours chipping away at the product for 2-3 hours and then spent more time cleaning and putting together. Already ordered other ones and the skeleton after is amazing to display in a room. Highly recommend.
