Not returnable and broken

Got the toy before Christmas as needed. When the gift was opened, it was defective and did not work. Reached out to customer service and they have not responded. Still trying and pending a response. I think Macys thinks its okay to sell customers broken toys and mark it as non returnable.

THIS WAS NOT INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE. I THEN RECEIVED A TEXT FROM UPS THAT THERE WAS NO ADDRESS ON ONE BOX. IT'S TOO HARD TO TELL SCAMS FROM REAL MESSAGES

Doesn't stay together

What's the point of it if they don't stay together? After taking so much time reading instructions and building it. Turns out it's just pure frustration. I'd say it's a faulty product. What's worst? You can't return it! Thanks a lot, Macy's!

We LOVE discovery magnets. This set does not work. We were very disappointed.
