Other occasion to buy:Disappointed customer

Damaged on arrival, Macy's refuses a return or rep

The item would be great if the packaging wasn't destroyed!! It was supposed to be a gift,not now,and it says unreturnable , even though it's damaged!! Macy's has really gone way down hill!! Tried calling & rude agent said there was nothing she could do, even damaged! What a rip off! Don't buy non returnable items from Macy, because they don't care if it's damaged!! Didn't even know they did that. Macy was the best, now they are more like Walmart, rude employees & cheap product!!
