Socks do not have grips

Accurate description. The image of the socks shows grips on the soles of the socks. The written description said- " little grips to help prevent slipping." However, the socks did not have any grips at all. I called Customer Service and they sent me a replacement pair of socks. The replacement socks did not have the grips either.

So soft

So soft. Receive these as a Christmas gift. They are very soft and I would recommend them. Plus they have the traction parts on the bottom to prevent slippage on hardwood floors
