Something Really Wrong Going on at Macy’s

This is the second delivery that I have receive from Macy’s with the wrong size, but this time I got wrong item and wrong size. Make this make sense. Isn’t the reason why you buy online is for the convenience of not having to go to the store. Now I have to go to the store to return the item. Totally unacceptable
