Wand doesn't not work

Unfortunately, we were sent a product where the wand doesn't work. This means the doll cannot become "alive" and it's pretty much useless. It was a Christmas gift for my daughter and we threw out the packaging before realizing the wand doesn't work. I have contacted the manufacturer to see if anything can be done.

I wish I could review this item but USPS tracking only states it is in transit and keeps moving the arrival date back each day. Their tracking tool does not show any location of this item. So, I am guessing it is lost in transit.

Good concept

Even with brand new batteries, doll does not consistently ‘wake up’ to perform. Suckling sounds work erratically. Very cute toy, though. Just wish it were not hard plastic.
