Has not been delivered!!

Have not recovered item. It was supposed to be a birth gift for my granddaughter. Very disappointed!!

Not as pictured

This is a Christmas present and the packaging was not as pictured. The earrings are just thrown in a little clear bag. I emailed the seller and still no response.
