LILO necklace Disappointment.

The necklace was purchased for my niece. The clasp is impossible to use. The necklace has a very small bead chain and as much as we tried it was impossible to hook together. I would have returned it but it was past the 30 days given. It was my niece’s 7 birthday so I gave it to her just past the return time. So a total waste of money and she was so disappointed. If I could trade it for something else please let me know.

Very disappointed, did not receive order/necklace. Granddaughter loves Stitch, her birthday and Christmas both came and went without receiving. Requested refund.
