DISAPPOINTED!!!

I waited for 2 weeks for th dress. It’s for a Cruise and I leave next week Half of the top of the dress is sewn inside out. Fit beautifully but Must return Too Late for Replacement! The top of the dress is put together with the inside stitching on the outside Poor Workmanship Poor Quality NO QUALITY Control to deliver any thing in this condition VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED
