Very disappointed - Wrong items received

I ordered two sets of this item as a gift for my son's teacher's birthday, but instead, I received two mugs—completely different from what I ordered. I contacted customer service, but they were no help at all. I paid with my credit card, yet they refunded me to a Macy's gift card without my consent. I reached out again and requested the refund be made to my original payment method, but nothing has happened. Extremely disappointed with both the order mix-up and the lack of proper support

They were poorly packed, without protective paper. I received them broken, and customer service refused to help.

Door dash on Holidays for package delivery??

The delivery was from door dash on Thanksgiving. I have packages delivered to my work due to package pirates. I was a distressed that they had to leave it outside and could not wait 10 minutes for me to get there to pick it up. The box was ripped but the glasses were perfect.
