Disappointing

So disappointed! The ears do not stay up, they lay down so you can’t see them, no point in having ears on top when they’re not noticeable and you can’t fix it. The execution of this design failed. Returning.

Love. Love, Love This Cap!

Waited patiently for this cap to arrive. I was a little disappointed to learn that it was being delivered by the PO. When it came, it arrived in an oversized plastic shipping BAG. I thought my hat is all mangled in this bag. I thought “ How could Macy’s ship such an expensive item this way. To my amazement my cap was encased neatly in another plastic bag. The hat arrived PERFECT! It is as described and is so very cute. All the crystals are securely attach to the ears . Love the denim design. It was a perfect fit. Nothing more to be said.
