I received a shipping envelope with nothing inside but the receipt. I called Macy’s customer service, my only option was to get a refund which I agreed. Then I started getting emails from someone investigating (apparently), and have been going back and forth with her because she is accusing me of lying. She states that my claim was for a damaged item and not for a missing item. Very upsetting.
