Never Got it

I am very dissatisfied with this order. I never got my package and it shows that I have received it when you put the tracking number. I was out of town when it got delivered and I open other deliveries 2 weeks later and then I realized I was missing this order. I looked everywhere and nothing. I reached to the seller and she said that there is proof that it got delivered and to looked around within my neighbors and to see if my address is correct but I have never had this problem before. I have been buying from Macy’s for years.
