Stones Do Not Stand Out

I bought 2 of these necklace - one this with amber stones and the other one with blue stones. The amber color does not stand out - it just looks like white stones so I returned this and kept the blue. The one with blue stones - the blue really stands out. Pretty necklace.

missing item

I am missing the July red ruby and I needed for Christmas gift. Called customer service and they said it was going to be expedite shipment but I see regular shipping. Not happy.
