Horrible Buying Experience

This purchase has made me rethink buying from Macys. Two items arrived damaged. The package has not been delivered for 30 days. The vendor stated it was shipped UPS but really came USPS. Items were poorly packed damaged. This is not uncommon for USPS. Upon contacting Macys I was given little assistance with this issue. I was given an incorrect email address to send the return policy to and photos of the issue. I wasted an hour with a call center who had no intention of solving my problem. I will be reconsidering future purchases.
