Horrible shirt

I opened the bag contains this shirt and it looks like they cut shoulder off with a hacksaw and collar is hacked off as well.Horrible.I have tags on it but not shipping bag it came in.

meh

it's not super clear in the photo but the cutout is only one ONE shoulder. so weird. And it looks like they literally took a pair of scissors and just chopped it off sloppily...the edges aren't hemmed and it's already rolling up and looks odd. I can only imagine after washing and drying it will look even worse. This is shirt is getting returned.
