although my name was on the outside of this package inside there was a passport holder with the address of someone in Arizona. I have no idea where my ring is and how to return this.

Nightmare Before Christmas ring

This is a cheap ring approximately size 6.5-7 This was $15. it is literally a sticker placed on the ring. Cute to look at, not functional for anything other than a paper weight, but in that situation it better be a tiny paper and a light breeze.
