Cute shoes wrong size delivered

I ordered a size 6. I received a size 7. These were promised for my granddaughters birthday. Obviously they are too big and don’t fit. Child is quite upset because she can’t wear them to her birthday party. Fail Macys Fail. I have shopped here for years but I am done.
