Never Received

Never Received item. Reviewed "Your Order Has Shipped" email on 12/12/25, but never received it. According to the UPS website on 12/26/25, they were still awaiting the package. Called Macy's Online 12/26/25, and the order was refunded the item was out of stock, and now my granddaughter will not receive her Christmas gift. I am not happy, and neither is my granddaughter.

Macy’s Failed to ship and deliver.

I cannot give a review of this item as Macy’s failed to deliver it. The tracking stated that it never made it past Label created. At no time did Macy’s reach out to explain what the matter was. Do better.
