Ripped and opened perfume box

I bought 2 perfumes for my son for Christmas. Once I opened the package I saw that one of the boxes (Toy story scent) was ripped and opened and the perfume was just laying on the bottom of the packaging box. Someone must’ve used it before. Unacceptable!!!!!! I ordered it for a Christmas present! How am I supposed to hand a ripped box to my 6 year old????
