Shipment Delayed until After Christmas

I ordered these earrings as Christmas presents on December 12th. Today, I received a notification that they will be delivered on December 29th. They will be going back as soon as I receive them.

Worst shipping experience

Unable to review, item has not been received. Took 10 days before they were shipped. One of the reasons I purchased these items was because according to Macy’s web site, they were to be delivered between 3 and 5 business days. Had a tracking number issued immediately, so I thought I would get them right away. That didn’t happen, instead it was hurry up and wait. Worst shipping experience ever, so I definitely will not be purchasing from SallyRose again.

Bad

Earring was received but look twisted I have one before and it was not like that. And the box look dainty it doesn’t look the same as first but. Not to happy is for a little girl but I would like to know if you have one to pick up and exchange it at the store

Caused earlobe infection

Earrings are adorable I bought for both of my daughters we went to Disney last month. Both of my girls had issues it caused infection and lumping in the ear lobes. The back of the earring isn’t designed well it lays to tight on the ear one that iIt almost went through the earlobe. Both my girls ears are infected and it was torture taking them out. Hope they’ll be able to wear earrings again once they heal.

Description is fine but the wrong item was sent and Macy’s can’t help with a replacement. Have not been able to reach anyone through the third party. Really disappointed!
