Wrong item received TWICE

It’s very sad that I had to ordered this item twice and contact customer service regarding me not getting this item at first shipment then once item was shipped it was the WRONG color. It’s ridiculous that we pay our money to not get item then receive wrong item. For the wrong item I received I was told macys will ship correct item and expedite shipping. I wait 5 days and have not received anything. Once I called Macys customer service yet again regarding this matter, I was then told I have to send wrong item back FIRST then I will receive correct item within 10 business days. Which is horrible because it’s the total opposite of what I was told before. I’m highly disappointed and frustrated with this matter seeing that I ALWAYS shop with Macys spending hundreds of dollars with them. This last order I spent over three hundred dollars just to receive missing items then receive WRONG item then lastly to be misinformed! Please do better!

Disgusting smell won’t come out

The dye they use for these jeans absolutely stinks! Both this dark wash and the really light blue shade stink horribly. I have tried soaking in vinegar, baking soda, even did the stripping method using tide, borax, and super washing soda, and it WILL NOT budge. When it’s wet it seems like the smell has faded, but once they’re dried the smell is as strong as always. So now they just hang in my kid’s closet because who the heck wants to go to school wearing stinky clothing?
