Horrible Customer Service

Ordered two mirrors. One came completely disfigured. Tried to return damaged one and reorder. Horrible customer service. Was lied to about reordering. Was issued a store credit instead of original form of payment. Nightmare! Will NEVER EVER purchase anything from Macy’s ever again! Sad…

Perfect! They look good in any room. I'm so glad I came across these, I ordered three and they're perfect for my boring dinning room walls. And Macy's had them on sale.

Beautiful, heavy mirror

This mirror is really nice and the metal frame and details are great. It looks expensive.
