I've been using my Diva Cup for around 4 years now and man I will never go back to tampons. I recommend this to everyone who has a period. At first use it took some getting used to in terms of proper insertion and not thinking about having it in my body. However, after multiple uses I'm able to use it without any user error. The menstrual cup has been so helpful especially at work. As a teacher, it's so much harder to go to the bathroom every few hours to change a tampon or pad. With a menstrual cup I don't have to think about accidental leaking or having to change super frequently. I'll change it during my lunch hour and then before I leave to go home! Additionally, when I'm traveling having a diva cup is much more convenient because again, I don't need to be frequently looking for a private bathroom.

Worst experience ever
The cup is stuck inside. I’ve been trying for so many hours, I had it on for 4/5 hours but it’s been more than 11 trying to take it out, the stick is insanely short, worst menstrual cup I ever had and I’ve been using them for years, I already injured myself trying to take it out and it’s turning impossible, I’m alone in a small and isolated location where I can’t get any kind of help, I’ve tried everything on blogs how can this even be possible. Now I’m desperate, I really hope no one go through this really bad situation ever 😭

In most cases, the cup can be removed with a few techniques: relaxing your pelvic muscles, squatting, and using your fingers to break the seal before removal. However, if you're in pain or unable to remove it after many attempts, we strongly recommend seeking medical assistance.
I miss my old cup
I used the suggestions on the website to purchase a new cup (age 35, have given birth) and could not use this cup at all. Insertion and removal was so painful I teared up. I've been comfortably using the og diva cup for years and loved it so when it was time for a replacement I followed the suggestions online and ordered a new one. I have never hated anything more. At this point I'm debating between reordering the old cup size or switching brands altogether

Tampons- Never Again!
I've been using a Diva Cup for 5 years. On my heavier days I pair it with period underwear (I sleep like that too). I don't have to worry about making sure I have enough tampons every time I leave the house and I'm even able to use the cup on the day I expect my period to be due so no surprises!

Size 0 cup as a total beginner
It works and wasn’t as daunting to insert as I imagined. I definitely prefer the pinch down method over the U fold method, so be sure to give both a try. At first, the cup wasn’t sitting comfortably, I could feel it all the time, so I tried trimming the stem (between the first and second rim) and now it’s fine. It is still just as easy to remove after doing that. I was shocked by how much it holds without being noticeable. At the end of the day it was full. No leaks or discomfort. Very happy to be done with tampons that need literal wads of toilet paper to be discarded and stink out my bathroom bin. Not to mention the expense.

Not great
I’ve used several different menstrual cups with no issue, but this one just does not stay put no matter what. I don’t know what the problem is. The only difference that I can see physically is that it’s much thinner than others I’ve had…. It also was the most expensive 🙄. Unfortunately I can’t recommend.

Terrible
Purchased Diva disc, and it sucks. Can’t even run with it- huge mess. Tried it for a year thinking needed to learn proper placement etc, but nope. Then purchased the diva cup as had a blossom cup and it worked great. First month cycle of the diva cup was great. This cycle if is crap!! In past hour have had to change period undies 2x and I don’t have a heavy flow. It is bypassing the cup. Every time I move there is a leak. I might as well be wearing a pad and just have the yucky gush feeling. So disappointed.
