Wide-set friendly. Not good for mat workouts.

I've been using this for about 10 years. I tested the original size for a brief time. It was too narrow, and I couldn't get a good seal. I have not given birth; if you know you have wide hips and "loosen up" a lot (iykyk), this is probably going to be the best fit for you. I consider this the superior choice for being very hygienic and more accommodating for busy schedules. I use hydrogen peroxide toothpaste to remove stain build-up. Day 2 (heaviest) is the only day where I MUST empty right before bed to make sure I don't overflow, and I see myself as typical with a 5-day cycle, only 1 through 3 are medium to heavy flow. Empty by a water source or pair with a bidet. One star off because I learned the hard way that Pilates ab workouts and this cup are not compatible. Just switch to a tampon for that - don't risk that seal.

I have a high cervix and have had children and this model works amazing! Im on my 3rd cup in 13 years and will never go back to paper menstrual products. If your questioning weather or nit you should make the change, I highly reccomed and give yourself 3 moths to adjust before make a final decision!

Best for comfort and the environment and wallet

I love the diva cup. Such a cheap reusable, eco-friendly and comfortable option. It may take a few months to get used to the proper placement but don't give up. Once you get the hold of it its the best investment!!!

As advertised

The cup is made well and easy to clean. There was mention of the lip on the rim of the cup but I didn't notice it, maybe it was how I was removing it. Easy to fold and insert, can feel it open. If you are new to the whole period cup experience, I suggest you get to know know if you have a high or low cervix and if you can touch yourself. If you are uncomfortable with that part and menstrual blood than this is not for you. I impressed by the cup. I bought 2 sizes as I wanted one for lighter days, both are amazing.

Difficult to position; impractical

I really wanted to like this to reduce the amount of menstrual product waste I generate, but I found it very difficult to rotate the cup once inserted to get a proper seal and hard to remove without making a mess. I would not be comfortable using this product if I had to change it outside of my home, so it’s not practical for daytime use. I much prefer tampons.

Sizing up after birth was a good idea

So happy i figured out that i needed a bigger size after giving birth to my second. I noticed the size 1 was leaking and this one works perfectly!

Bad product can't fit in vaginas

I appreciate the effort that went into creating this product, but I’ve had a challenging experience with it. Unfortunately, I found the instructions a bit unclear, which made the process of using it rather difficult. I think there should be more guidance on helping women of different body types understand how to use it effectively. Not everyone has the same anatomy, and that’s perfectly okay! I’ve had two children and still struggled with the fit, which was surprising and a bit frustrating. It’s important to recognize that every woman’s body is unique, and I believe more options in sizing could greatly benefit users. I genuinely hope that feedback like mine can inspire improvements. Creating products that make women feel confident and comfortable is so important, and I know there’s potential for better solutions out there. Thank you for considering this perspective, and I look forward to seeing future developments that truly cater to diverse needs!
