Cancelled my order

I ordered this and after a week of processing, they cancelled my order. I was so mad! I don’t understand why Macy’s even deals with this company. I put this on my Macy’s card so since they never shipped it, it was actually charged.

SCAM never received item

It seemed too good to be true and it was! I received a message from the third party seller saying they were unable to ship, asking ME to cancel the order. I tried to cancel it myself, Macy's would not allow me to. I have been on hold for a total of 45 minutes today. No end in sight to this nightmare. Save your time and your money. This is a scam.
