Order was canceled without notification

Really would have loved to gift this to a special friend, but my order was canceled without notification. I should have been notified so I could have selected a different one during Black Friday. At the time the order was placed, it should have alerted me this item is low in stock or out of stock! So disappointed!

Non english speaking Pathetic customer service

Never recieved my dkny be delicious from macys. Twice its sent me emails saying its delivered. Then when i call i get sent to some person in india who can beatly speak enlish and cant understand what im telling the. I called teo separate times. This item was only ine of many item i didnt get from a very large, very ecpensive order i made for christmas gifts for my entire family. The order has mostly not shown up and that which did came in multiple small peices. If id know that it was gonna be like this i wouldve never ordered. Macys has gone down hill in customer service and just service period. Its gonna end up just like all the other big drpartment stores and cease to exist. Horrible ecperience. Keep your money. Do yourself a favor and dont give it to these worthless waates
