Dress was delivered used with no tag and tattered fabric! Macy’s really needs to do better. I will be returning ASAP.

I placed an order for a dress and the ticked price on the dress you sent me is lower than what I was charged . I called to have my purchase price adjusted and you won’t do it ?! Wow !!!!! Terrible .Shame on you !

Damaged Dress

Received this dress today and the dress had pulled threads all over the back, as if it had been scratched by something. So disappointed that a name like DK would send an unwearable piece of clothing. Although, the dress was pretty and fit nice. May order another one but not sure if I should trust the quality of DK anymore.

Love the style and fit

Purchase several dresses for evening wedding in March. This was by far exactly what I was looking for. Purchased evening wear size (one size larger than my normal size). Could have purchased my actual size, but the fit is still good.
