BROKEN! VERY DISAPPOINTED! 💔

I purchasrd this purse for a vacation & was truly disappointed. I tjought i got a grest deal on it only to realize while on vacation that the buckle is broken. This could be the reason it was on sale but Macy's should not sale broke items period. I WILL BE RETURNING IT AS SOON AS I GET HOME. I hope they can order another one . I really likevthe style & quality of the purse.
