Items not delivered

The items have not been received so no review is possible!! The arrival due date was July 31st. Until I investigated further that date was on my Macys app until August 1st. Please do better regarding updates on deliveries.

Zipper

Nice purse but the zipper is too hard to zip. I tried several times to see if it would get easier but it would be too much of a hassle for me trying to get in and out of the my purse. I returned it based on that.
