filthy, disgusting!

I just received my filthy and disgusting shoe... it was used ,floor sample even has mud on it. whoever sent this out should be fired. Macy really need to retrain their people. This make no sense, do they like to buy a muddy shoe? Why spend money on shipping and 100% get return from customers!!! I guess they just have too money to spend. I do not mind to return because it is free!!!

Very comfortable

Sandals are very comfortable, good for long walks. The only thing is that the letters' paint come off a little but I fix them with a sharpie and is not noticeable. I like them.

Shoes are truly comfy

Shose are comfy but the letters started to come off the first time I wore them and its completely worse every other time after. I'm definitely call customer care today.
