this is a beautiful boot, love the gold trim, however, the leather is very stiff and is uncomfortable against my leg

Leather Not of Good Quality

These boots run narrow unlike most of the reviews I read. I did order a half size larger and they are still tight. The leather is stiff and not of good quality. It seems as I received a different boot from those others received. I love the style, this the three star rating. Not sure what is going on with the quality of Macy's merchandise. This is the second pair of boots that I will be returning.

Very disappointed with Macy's.

The boot is very comfortable! and I love it, but in less than 2 months, and I don't use it every day, the sole of the boot took off and Macy's told me that I can not return the boot because I already used it. Very disappointed with Macy's. :-C

They’re perfect!

These are the cutest booties ever! I’m so glad I made the purchase. The gold on the heel and outside zipper make these so classy. They look great with skinny jeans or leggings/tights. They run true to size and are comfortable too. I absolutely love them!
