A bit disappointing

First impressions are this a warm, stylish coat. It has been amazingly warm. The downside is it seems this coat is poorly constructed. The coat's lining separated at the seams in 30 days or less. Every 2 weeks something is coming apart or torn and I am not wearing the coat daily nor am I exposing it to hazards. Example: The pockets have come apart completely after carrying only gloves and a cell phone. I have coats that I have owned 5-10+ years that have ZERO problems.

very stylish but a few flaws

This coat is gorgeous. It is the first puffer coat that I have ever ordered, as they always look big and i like a more streamlined look. This one caught my eye as it is more form fitting, longer length and very pretty. It cuts in at the waist and is actually very flattering and slimming. I LOVE this coat, it is extremely warm but beware - the feathers started coming out all over the place through all the seams and is has not really held up well. The feathers end up sticking to my clothes underneath all over and it has become annoying. Disappointing as i do love the style.

Beautiful coat. very warm.

Beautiful coat, very warm, not too heavy, just the right length for 5'10", hits just below the knee, zippered pockets lined with soft material as is the hood, faux fur very pretty, feels very luxurious on too.

Like the coat but

I like the coat but up to now I still didn't get the one without any problem. The first one I ordered, they mailed me with part of the security kit. The part with the sharp needle was on the coat and damaged the inside part of the coat. I have to return it to the store. The second one I ordered and got delivery yesterday didn't have the fur on the hood. Oh my god! Now I have to order the third one since I really like the coat. I hope I can get the coat without any issue this time.

NOT removable hood

I love this coat and I would give it a 4 star rating if it wasn’t because I was looking for one with removable hood, and according to the description it is supposed to be, but it’s not, only the faux-fur trim can be removed. DISAPPOINTED

Very nice parka

Great quality & features (pockets, zippers, loved it, but found a warmer one for the seriously cold in Minnesota this January.

Disappointed

Looks cheap. Faux was black. Looks nothing like the picture.
